At TestRain, we provide digital services in the form of online tests and subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for test subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a subscription is activated, users will not be eligible for any refund, cancellation, or partial refund under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical error resulting in failed activation of subscription

All such requests will be reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of TestRain.

3. Refund Request Process
  • Users must request a refund within 3 days of payment
  • Provide transaction ID and payment proof
  • Send request to our support email
4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Subscription Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Reviewing subscription details before purchase
  • Ensuring compatibility (device, internet access)
6. Abuse of Policy

Any misuse of refund requests or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
