01 About TestRain

TestRain is an online educational platform operated by SOFTTECH TECHNOLOGIES.

The platform provides digital educational services including online mock tests, practice tests, MCQ-based tests, exam preparation services, test results and performance-related information.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on or using TestRain, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the TestRain website and services.

03 User Registration and Account

Certain TestRain services may require you to create a user account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Not share your account with another person.
• Notify us of unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your registered account.

04 TestRain Subscription

TestRain currently provides one primary paid subscription plan.

The subscription period is one year from the date of successful activation unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

The tests and educational content available through the subscription may be updated, added, modified or removed as TestRain develops its platform.

05 Pricing and Payment

All applicable subscription prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) before purchase.

Payments may be processed through payment gateways or payment service providers made available by TestRain.

If an amount is debited from your account but your subscription is not activated, please contact TestRain with your transaction details.

06 Digital Service Delivery

TestRain provides digital educational services. No physical product is shipped to the customer.

After successful payment and subscription activation, applicable services are made available through the user's TestRain account.

Users are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, browser and internet connection required to access the platform.

07 Educational Content

TestRain provides educational practice and examination-preparation material for learning and self-assessment.

TestRain does not guarantee any particular examination score, rank, admission, employment or other outcome from using the platform.

Users should independently verify official examination notifications, eligibility requirements, syllabi and schedules from the relevant examination authorities.

08 Prohibited Activities

You must not use TestRain to:

• Share or transfer your account to another person.
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute TestRain questions or protected educational content without authorization.
• Record, scrape or systematically download TestRain content.
• Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with TestRain systems.
• Use automated methods to collect TestRain content without permission.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

09 Intellectual Property

The TestRain website, software, design, graphics, logos, text, question banks, tests and other content are owned by or licensed to SOFTTECH TECHNOLOGIES unless otherwise stated.

Your subscription provides a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access the applicable services.

Your subscription does not transfer ownership of TestRain intellectual property to you.

10 Service Availability

We aim to keep TestRain available and functional. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, network failures, security incidents, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11 Refund and Cancellation

TestRain subscription purchases are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy published separately on the website.

Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase.

If payment is successfully completed but the purchased service is not activated due to a technical issue attributable to TestRain, the customer should contact us with the relevant transaction details.

Where a refund is approved under the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy, it will be processed through the applicable payment mechanism, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.

12 Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account if the user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, obtains services through unauthorized means, attempts to compromise the platform or is otherwise required to do so under applicable law.

13 Privacy

Your use of TestRain is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used and processed for account management, service delivery, payments, customer support, security and improvement of the platform.

14 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TestRain is provided as an educational testing and exam-preparation service.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate content, but we do not guarantee that every question, result or other platform information will always be completely free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOFTTECH TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use TestRain.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant TestRain service, subject to applicable law.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute relating to TestRain or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office or applicable place of business of SOFTTECH TECHNOLOGIES, subject to applicable law.
